I was high school that time, I was in a wholesale warehouse store looking for some cords for my school project. I approached an employee that wears the store shirt and I asked her where I can find the cord I was looking for. She then looked gravely at me and in high pitched told me that I she does not know and she was not a sales clerk, she was a supervisor and she left me dumbstruck. It was the last time I set foot on that establishment. Years passed, I run my own business and my number one policy is being courteous and polite to ALL customers. Being rude to a customer will cost an employee his job. We set up business for one reason, to attract buyers so we can generate income and without a customer, a business is no business.
