I used to own a video rental shop but since the advent of pirated DVD hit the market, fewer and fewer customers rent DVD tapes anymore. The reason is clear, why would they want to rent a movie when they can have it for less than the cost of the rent. They are not obligated to return the tapes to avoid penalty, they can actually own them. Pirating of movies is strictly prohibited but since there is market for those kinds of movies, the illegal industry of pirated movies continues to grow each year. I needed to sell my movie tapes at a much lower cost, close my shop and file bankruptcy.
