Being the finance manager in our company is not an easy job, but the paycheck I receive biweekly compensates to the hard work I render each day. It is also nice to know that everyday I report to work and I will do something that I really want to do. There are many employees that does not like what they do and they just do it for the pay, their only motivation is the financial gain they receive monthly. As for me, this is the kind of job I really dreamed of.
